Soft purification of the blend
We remove excess impurities through double filtration with birch charcoal in a four-meter column, carefully preserving the structure and organoleptic properties of the drink.
Artesian water is gently purified from natural impurities using a sand filter and then enriched with oxygen at an aeration unit.
