Orange liqueur – 30 ml

Ingredients
Pour vodka into a shaker, add orange liqueur and squeeze some lemon juice, add ice and shake well.

Pour the cocktail into a martini glass, separating the ice. Finally, add a stripe of citrus zest.

Pour vodka into a rocks glass, squeeze some lime juice, add ice, then some ginger beer and bitter. Mix carefully with a bar spoon and add a slice of lime.

Gin – 50 ml
French wine aperitif – 15 ml

Fill a large glass with ice, pour in some vodka, squeeze some lime juice, add gin and French aperitif.

Mix carefully with a bar spoon, then pour the cocktail into martini glasses, keeping the ice away. Finally, add a stripe of citrus zest.

Ingredients
Pour vodka into a shaker, squeeze lemon juice, add caramel syrup and egg whites. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Pour the cocktail into rocks glasses, keeping the ice away. Garnish with some lemon zest pinned to the glass brim.
